Nies Homes has been building some of the most distinguished homes in the Wichita area for over 48 years.  Nies Homes is now a third generation, family run company working together as an incredible team which combines experience with fresh new creative ideas.

 

In 1964 Clifford Nies launched his dream of building homes. His hard work and dedication to quality and innovative design shows in each home.  Clifford worked at Boeing as an engineer for 15 years, but as his interest in home building grew, he decided to start a custom home building company.  Over the years, Clifford has earned the reputation of integrity, honesty and a passion for excellence.

Cherie Nies Cowgill joined the family business in 1975 and has been designing homes and working with customers to create their custom dream home.  Her unique architectural designs and innovative floor plans have become part of the Nies trademark. Designing awesome homes is Cherie's passion.

 

Nick Cowgill brings a new perspective to the business with his new ideas and designs for the XY-generation.

 

Nies Homes offers a variety of different price ranges to meet diverse, lifestyle needs from $200,000 first-move homes to distinguished, custom homes in excess of $2,000,000.
