Rest Easy. Every newly-built Nies home comes with a one-year limited warranty.

Walk-throughs to handle warranty items occur at the sixty-day "Break-In" period and the eleven-month "Final List" period. Please submit the service request form below prior to the applicable period to schedule a walkthrough. Refer to the warranty terms in your contract for information regarding service claim procedures, warrantable items and frequency of services requests, located here.

Refer to the NAHB Residential Construction Performance Guidelines for information on warranty conditions and standards.
