This year’s featured home, located in the coveted The Trails at Freestone neighborhood at 14915 E. Peppertree Drive, holds special significance: not only is it our 10th home, but it was also framed in just 24 hours — a remarkable demonstration of precision, dedication, and innovation.

Bringing this home’s skeleton to life in a single day was no small feat. Thanks to the collaborative efforts of Nies Homes, Builders FirstSource and Ready Frame we turned blueprints into beams with lightning speed — a display of planning, teamwork, and execution that speaks volumes about our values.

It's designed as a unique expression of Nies Homes’ first-rate craftsmanship and innovative design, reflecting comfort, functionality, and elegance — a home worthy of winning dreams.
A Decade of Dedication — Our 10th Anniversary
Looking back, being part of the Dream Home Giveaway has been one of our most meaningful traditions. As the official builder for the Wichita St. Jude Dream Home, Nies Homes has consistently stood behind the cause, committed to excellence and community.
Over the years, we’ve joined forces with over 50 local contractors, suppliers, and national sponsors — from Brizo and Kichler Lighting to Shaw Floors, Trane, and Bosch — to make each home spectacular and every dollar raised count.

The community can tour the beautiful home during open house days from October 4–26:
Saturdays: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sundays: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Then, on October 29, 2025, the lucky winner will be announced live on KSN.
Tickets are available now—each just $100, with proceeds supporting St. Jude’s mission of treating childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases without any cost to families.
